Nursery Lunch Club and Afternoon sessions

For children who have 15 hours and attend mronings only, you have the option to stay for lunch and/or the afternoon. 

 

Nursery Lunch Club 

 

Our Nursery Lunch Club has been established to allow the children an extra hour at nursery and to eat a packed lunch brought from home in the company of other nursery children, supervised by our nursery lunchtime staff.

 

Arriving and Collecting from Lunch Club:

The Nursery staff will settle the children into Lunchtime Club straight from their morning nursery session. Please collect your child promptly at 12.40pm.

 

Lunchbox Information:

Your child will need to bring their own healthy packed lunch that will be eaten on a picnic mat in a designated area of the Nursery classroom. Please follow our do’s and don’ts for packed lunches. More hints and tips are also in your pack.

Afternoon Sessions

Regular and Ad hoc Sessions

You can book a regular pattern of lunchtime and afternoon sessions for your child. Regular sessions can be booked with the following schedule.

It may be possible to also book ad hoc sessions, subject to availability and staffing ratios.  Please call the school office 01727 519221 to book any ad hoc sessions.

To book your sessions: 

Login to Arbor and go to Clubs. 

Afternoon and lunch club sessions are available book for the half term and payment is required to secure your place. Book individually for each day of the week that you want to attend, for the duration of the half term.  

Bookings will be open on the following dates, please make a note of these as bookings are on a first come first served basis.

Changing Days:

If you would like to change the pattern or cancel the days on which your child attends Nursery Lunchtime Club we will need half a term's notice in writing, this is to ensure we have the correct ratio of staff to supervise the children. 

 

Payment:

 From September 2026, each lunch club session costs £7.75 (subject to change), from 11.40am – 12.40pm.

Each afternoon session is £33.00 (subject to change), which includes lunch club, from 11.40am-3.20pm.

Tax free childcare vouchers can be used for payment, please speak to the school office if you are using this option.

Places can only be secured once payment has been made.

Sessions booked for the half term are non-refundable whether the child is in attendance or not, due to illness or any other reason.
